Where is Treasured & Co. located? Can I visit your atelier?
Treasured & Co. is located at 30-06 Steinway Street in Astoria, Queens — just minutes from Manhattan via the N or W train. Our atelier and showroom are open Monday through Friday by appointment.
Book a free consultation to see one-of-a-kind pieces in person, design a custom engagement ring, or simply meet our jewelers. If you're not in NYC, we work with couples worldwide via video consultation, photo updates, and free U.S. shipping.
How does your custom engagement ring process work?
Every custom ring at Treasured & Co. is handcrafted in our Astoria atelier from concept to finished piece. The full process typically takes four to six weeks and looks like this:
- Consultation — in person at our Astoria showroom or remotely by video, we discuss your vision, budget, and timeline.
- CAD rendering — you review and approve a custom 3D rendering before any work begins.
- Diamond and stone selection — we hand-select your center diamond or sourced gemstone with you.
- Handcrafting — our master jewelers fabricate the ring in solid 14K or 18K gold or platinum.
- Delivery — we ship the finished ring to you free anywhere in the U.S., fully insured.
Throughout, we share progress photos and short videos so you stay involved at every stage.
How do I choose the right diamond?
The easiest place to start is our Diamond Finder — it lets you filter GIA-certified diamonds by cut, color, clarity, carat, and budget, and view 360-degree video of every stone before you buy.
If you'd rather have a guide, we'll walk you through the trade-offs in a free consultation. Cut and proportions matter most visually; clarity grades like VS1 and VVS2 are nearly impossible to tell apart with the naked eye and rarely justify the price difference. Every diamond we sell is conflict-free and independently certified.
Can I bring my own design, sketch, or family stone?
Yes — fully bespoke design is our specialty. Whether you have a clear vision, a sketch on a napkin, an inherited diamond you want to reset, or simply an emotional concept ("she loves vintage but with a modern edge"), we translate it into a one-of-a-kind ring.
Custom designs start with a free 30-minute consultation at our Astoria showroom or by video. From there we build CAD renderings, refine until you love it, and handcraft the final piece. Heirloom resets and stone trade-ins are welcome.
Can I work with you remotely if I'm not in New York?
Absolutely. About half of our custom rings are designed and delivered without the customer ever stepping into our Astoria showroom. We hold consultations by video, share CAD renderings and 360-degree diamond videos, and send photos and short videos of the ring in progress.
U.S. shipping is free and fully insured. International shipping is available on request.
Ready-to-ship or custom — which is right for me, and how long does each take?
Ready-to-ship rings are finished one-of-a-kind pieces from our atelier — they ship within 5 business days and can be lightly modified (resizing, engraving, minor accents).
Custom designs are built from scratch and typically take 4 to 6 weeks from consultation to delivery, with rush options available if you have a specific proposal date.

Are your diamonds conflict-free? Do you offer lab-grown options?
Every diamond we sell is conflict-free. Center stones are certified by the GIA, IGI, or AGS, and smaller accent stones are sourced from suppliers who comply with the Kimberley Process.
We also offer lab-grown diamonds for couples who prefer them — they're chemically and visually identical to mined diamonds, often at a meaningfully lower price. Our colored gemstones are sourced from established cutters with traceable origins.
What's your return, resizing, and warranty policy?
Every Treasured & Co. ring includes a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects and free resizing for life.
Ready-to-ship pieces can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. Custom and bespoke designs are non-refundable since each piece is made specifically for you, but we'll work with you on resizing, modifications, or trade-ins as your needs change.
